How do i get this guy back?

okay, so in the 8th grade i switched into this middle school in a different city, and it was a tiny school to say the least. This one kid fell in love with me, he was head over heels. But i just wasn't attracted what so ever, even though he was the grandson of the mayor, yaah .well anyways our freshmen year we had homeroom together, and he was always all over me. I just didn't have any feelings for him whatsoever. Now that were both seniors, he likes this other girl, shes one of my friends i guess you could say. And he treats her like a queen, buys her anything and everything and so on. He's always talking about her, but we've hung out alot lately, earlier this month ,he picked me and my friend and gave us a ride home. the next day he picked me up and took me to his boys party and he was all over me, probably cause he was drunk, but after that he took me and my friend home. we hung out last nightt at this spott with a buncha people from school, and he gave me a ride home:) .. I like him, and i regret not taking Advantage f the situation in 8th grade, how do i get his attention backk!?
