Remedies for hair fall.?

My daughter ( 25years old) has been suffering from severe hair loss, more so for the last 3 months since we moved from London to Delhi. 10 years ago she had fine but thick hair, her hair has been steadily falling and now it is quite sparse. She also has a hormonal imbalance which i think is the main contributory factor. If you have any remedies to stall hair fall and to promote hair growth please do send them in.
