Why are White people so blind to the double standard that exist in the US?

Christians are not praising Bristol for getting preggo out of wedlock. They are praising her for taking responsibility for her actions by having the baby (instead of an abortion) and marrying the baby's father in order to provide the baby with a family environment. That is commendible no matter what race the mother is.
