Diesel Bronco Match Up?

I have an '86 Bronco that has a 302 with what im uming to be a C6 transmission (I looked on Wikipedia and that seems to be the 3 speed transmission they were putting in that year). And I was wondering if a ford diesel engine (wouldnt have to be Powerstroke, but preferable) would match up to the engine mounts or the transmission.
