Evolutionists, why haven't any amazing new genetic mutations happened in recent times?
Organisms supposedly randomly underwent genetic mutations at conception that caused them to be born with eyesite or the ability to somewhat understand the universe and muse about the afterlife and half different complete grammatical langauges (only humans so far, hmmmm) and to digest food, but how come we haven't seen any amazing genetic mutations as of late that have enabled an animal to talk out their or sea sponges suddenly develope site or grow brains like the rest of us? Why don't we ever see spectacular random genetic mutations like the ones that supposedly happened at a time when there were much, much fewer people on the planet (and therfor should have had a much lower probability of happening as often anyways)?
