How fat could my daughter get??? Can i help her?

If she is actually serious and not just pulling your leg you need to get her into the doctors so they can tell her exactly what to expect if she continues this because seriously. If she stays at this weight or gets any heavier expect to be buying a coffin for your child because she won't live long.
