Smart Pot Crock pot lid slightly wobbly okay?

I just purchased the silver and black model and I notice their is not a complete seal on the lid. It wobbles a little back and forth. I saw a review on it and one of the things they liked was that the lid went on staight. But when I phoned the company some saleslady said that they all are like that. I told her I saw from a review that it went on straight. Who is right and does anyone have the same issue?
