What could this be with this person?

Please no intentionally insulting answers because I am close with this person. When I say something clearly they will say okay, then when it comes time for it they'll say I said something different and start an argument. When I explain something simple quite clearly they will say I'm making things up and my story makes no sense when to everyone else it makes perfect sense. They throw a fit while im doing something and if I mess up because I get frusterated with being yelled at theyll scream more. They are otherwise nice but have these moments sometimes often sometimes seldom. How can I deal with it?
